Title: Carpenter

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and contractors to understand their carpentry needs and preferences, and develop a plan to meet their vision and budget
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood, using hand and power tools, to create a variety of structures and fixtures
• Install and repair woodwork, including framing, doors, windows, and trim
• Create detailed plans and diagrams to ensure the smooth execution of carpentry projects
• Supervise a team of assistants and vendors to ensure that all elements of the project are completed according to plan
• Stay up-to-date with current carpentry techniques and tools, and continually seek out new ideas and inspiration

Requirements:

• Proficiency with various carpentry techniques, including framing, trim work, and cabinet making
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

Decorators:

Title: Painter or Decorator

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Painter or Decorator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting surfaces, as well as applying decorative finishes to a variety of settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their painting and decorating needs and preferences, and develop a plan to meet their vision and budget
• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling holes, and priming, as necessary
• Select and purchase paint, wallpaper, and other decorative materials, and coordinate their delivery and installation
• Create detailed plans and diagrams to ensure the smooth execution of painting and decorating projects
• Supervise a team of assistants and vendors to ensure that all elements of the project are completed according to plan
• Stay up-to-date with current painting and decorating trends and techniques, and continually seek out new ideas and inspiration

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a painter or decorator
• Proficiency with various painting and decorating techniques, including brushwork, rollering, sponging, and stenciling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Block Layers:

Job Title: Block Layer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled block layer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for laying and setting blocks for building foundations, walls, and other structures. This position is available as a full time or part time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and lay blocks according to blueprints and construction plans
• Use trowels, levels, and other hand tools to ensure blocks are set correctly
• Cut and shape blocks as needed to fit around electrical, plumbing, and other systems
• Mix and apply mortar to bond blocks together
• Ensure that all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a block layer
• Knowledge of different types of blocks and how to use them
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Handymen:

Job Title: Handyman

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled handyman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to general maintenance, repairs, and renovations of buildings and facilities. This position is available as part time or as a full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and electrical work
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as needed
• Install and maintain appliances, fixtures, and other equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Ensure that all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a handyman or in a related field is preferred
