We were tasked with stripping the existing structure at Fermain Valley, back to it’s original walls to create the space for Guernsey’s amazing new Mexican restaurant. With an extremely quick turn around time, the reinstatement involved creating something natural and earthy, with a little bit of an edge. Materials were located sourced and some handcrafted, to compliment the raw and organic theme.
